The founder and ideologist of Electrica is Ivan Roudyk(www.ivanroudyk.com) who recognized in 2006 as DJ number 1 in Russia & CIS by results of Russian TOP 100 DJ Vote of authoritative portal www.dj.ru. Ivan is the owner of several musical awards and premiums, the author and the host of the Electrica radio show at popular NRG FM radio network. He forms a policy of the label, focused on release of the most actual and extremely fashionable dance music in styles Electro, Tech and Progressive House.

Electrica Records actively works from the beginning of 2006. The company has begun the activity with licensing world hits of club music and released some compilations and albums which became best sellers in Russia. In 2007 the one of the most important directions of Electrica`s activity became to work with domestic executors and producers of House music, many of which are signed to the European labels today. A powerful promo resource of a weekly radio program of Electrica label on NRG radio and also the Internet activity have allowed the company to direct to the party a stream of a demo records from the different countries and regions of CIS and to take the leading positions in Russia by the end of 2007.
Electrica Records is in partnership with Diamond Records (www.diamond-rec.ru) , the largest label and the distributor of dance music in Russia. Effective cooperation and knowledge of the market allows partners to release successful tracks even in traditionally unpopular format in Russia as singles and EPs. Today priority activity of a label is directed not only on release of compilations and singles on compact discs, but also on the digital releases, getting into catalogues of the leading Internet shops.
